The reconstruction of the tragic events of Valentine’s Day last year have been dubbed a ‘world exclusive’ and will feature in a documentary about the Paralympian’s murder trial on Australia’s Channel 7 to be aired tonight.
“Absolutely, the physical evidence is consistent and his story remains unchanged,” Roder told Sunday Night reporter Ross Coulthart.
Pistorius’ legal team are said to be furious at the leak.
His spokeswoman Anneliese Burgress said legal advisors are seeking “urgent clarification” from the broadcaster over the footage.
The double amputee insists he shot Reeva, 29, after mistaking her for an intruder.
Prosecutors say he is lying and it was murder.
The trial is due to resume on Monday when Pistorius’ defence team will call their final witnesses.
A panel of psychiatrists found that Pistorius was not mentally ill when he shot Reeva, although he is said to be suffering depression and post traumatic stress disorder.
