Don’t Be Afraid To Talk

Just like their physical health, a person’s mental health can change over time — so it’s important we know how to talk about it. Often, the fact that it’s difficult to talk about mental health problems can be one of the hardest parts of having a mental illness but we needn’t feel afraid to talk about it.
How can I talk about mental health?
Talking about mental health can strengthen friendships, aid recovery, break down stereotypes and take the taboo out of something that affects us all.
